Free Subscription Cost Calculator: What Your Subscriptions Cost a Year
Small monthly charges are easy to ignore until you add them up. List your subscriptions below, including the yearly ones that renew quietly, and see what they cost per month and per year. Untick any you don't really use to see what canceling would save.
It runs in your browser. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere. The subscriptions and prices filled in below are made-up examples; change them to yours.
| Subscription | Price ($) | Billed | Keep? |
|---|
How the math works
- Per year = price × times billed a year (weekly 52, monthly 12, every 3 months 4, yearly 1). Per month = per year ÷ 12.
- Savings = the yearly cost of everything you untick.
- To find them all, look through a couple of months of bank and card statements and your phone's app store subscriptions list.
Example (made up): the six example subscriptions above cost about $85.46 a month, or $1,025.51 a year. Canceling the second streaming service and the gym would save $599.88 a year.
This is general information, not financial advice.
