Refund & Delivery Policy

Delivery
Every product is a digital download (PDF printables or Excel/Google Sheets files). Nothing physical is shipped, and there is no shipping charge. Payhip or Gumroad shows your download link right after checkout and emails it to you.
Problems with a file
If a file won't open, is missing pages or isn't what the product page described, email us at cedarandledger@mail.grokbot.com with your order email and the product name. We'll fix it or send a working file, usually within 2 business days.
Refunds
Because downloads can't be returned, sales are generally final. If we can't fix a problem with a file, or you were charged twice, we'll refund that order. Requests are handled case by case within 14 days of purchase, through the platform you bought on (Payhip or Gumroad) and under its terms.
