What you get
Real screenshots of the actual tabs, taken from the same .xlsx file you download. All numbers are example data.
Who this is for
- You have a handful of monthly bills and want to see which day each one is due.
- You're fine typing an x when a bill is paid, in a 12-month checklist.
- You want one $5 file for Excel or Google Sheets, with no subscription.
Who it's not for
- Not for you if you want bank sync or automatic payment tracking.
- Not for you if you want phone reminders or notifications. It's a spreadsheet, not an app.
- Not ideal on Excel 2016: the calendar's bill-name column needs a newer Excel (totals still work).

Instant download. Works in Google Sheets and Excel.
Instant digital download, sold through Gumroad. Good for: bill tracker, bill organizer, monthly bills, bill calendar, google sheets, budget spreadsheet, excel template, bill planner, budget planner, personal finance.
2 separate spreadsheets (.xlsx files) in one zip: Monthly Bill Tracker v2, Monthly Bill Tracker. Each works in Excel and Google Sheets (import the .xlsx) and opens on a Start Here tab with a short how-to.
How it works
- Download the zip after checkout and unzip it.
- Open each .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
- Delete the example rows and type in your own numbers.
Previews and the files use example data only.
What's inside
- List up to 40 bills with amount, due day, category, autopay and account notes.
- Due-date calendar shows which bills hit on each day of the month, with a running total.
- 12-month paid checklist: type x when paid. Unpaid bills past their due day turn red for the current month.
- Summary by category and by month (paid vs. planned) with a chart.
Good to know
- It's a spreadsheet, not an app. No bank syncing and no reminders/notifications.
- Comes with example rows. Delete them before you start.
- Excel 2016 shows an error in the calendar's bill-name column (it needs TEXTJOIN); totals still work.
