1. Budget fix: before and after ($25 service)
Before: amounts typed as text ($412.50, approx 120, N/A), "Groceries " and "groceries" as two categories, and a total that showed $0.
After: real numbers with input checks, one row per category, Budgeted vs Actual with an automatic Over / OK / Not entered flag, red highlight on overspending, and a "Left after spending" line.

2. Client and invoice tracker ($59 service)
One row per client: stage (Lead, Quoted, In progress, Delivered, Paid) from a dropdown, quote, deposit, invoiced, paid, balance due and days overdue, with overdue rows turning red. A dashboard counts clients and pipeline value per stage and shows the total you're owed, with a chart.
3. Small business bookkeeping setup ($99 service)
A ledger (date, description, income or expense, category, amount) that feeds a monthly profit and loss with a 25% tax set-aside, year totals by category, a mileage log and an income vs expenses chart. Sample year: $28,379 income, $7,060 expenses, $21,319 profit.
