2027 Paycheck Calendar and Bill Planner (Biweekly Pay Dates)
Every 2027 payday with the bills due before your next check and what's left from each one. A spreadsheet for Excel and Google Sheets.
Who this is for
- You're paid weekly, biweekly, twice a month or monthly and want every 2027 payday in one list.
- You want to see which bills each paycheck has to cover before the next one comes.
- You want to know which 2027 months have an extra paycheck so you can plan that money ahead.
Who it's not for
- Not for you if your take-home changes a lot from check to check. It uses one take-home amount per paycheck (you can type over a single check).
- Not for you if you want bank sync or payday reminders. It's a spreadsheet, not an app.
- Not for you if you want financial or tax advice. It's a planning tool with example data.
Save with the kit
This sheet ($7 on its own) is one of the 3 in the 2027 New Year Money Kit, with the Year-End Review & New Year Budget Planner and the 2027 Budget Planner: all 3 for $15 instead of $21 bought separately. If you already own one of the others, buying the rest on their own may cost less.
Not sure yet? Try a free 2027 printable first. The 2027 Year at a Glance is $0 on Payhip: enter your email at checkout to get the PDF, no payment details needed. Payhip emails you the download link; that's the only email it sends. For tips by email, subscribe separately (free, unsubscribe anytime).
Instant digital download, sold through Payhip. Works in Excel and Google Sheets. Up to 20 monthly bills by due day. Employer holiday shifts aren't predicted, so type over a payday if yours moves. All names and amounts are examples. A planning tool, not financial or tax advice.

What's inside
- Works for weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly and monthly pay. Semi-monthly and monthly paydays on a weekend can move to the Friday before.
- Paydays tab: every 2027 payday, the bills due before your next check, and what's left from each check (red when a check falls short).
- Months tab: paychecks, take-home, bills and what's left for each month, with a chart.
- Extra-paycheck months are flagged (in 2027, biweekly pay starting Jan 8 gets 3 checks in April and October), so you can plan what that money does.
- Bills tab: up to 20 bills with the day they're due; short months are handled.

Frequently asked questions
Which apps does it open in?
Excel 2016 or newer (including Microsoft 365 and Excel for the web) and Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, then open it with Google Sheets. You get one .xlsx file (Excel 2016+, Microsoft 365, Excel for the web, imports into Google Sheets) plus a short how-to. Instant digital download.
What happens after checkout?
Payhip shows your download link right after checkout and emails it to you too. You download a .zip with the .xlsx file(s) and a short how-to. It's an instant digital download; nothing physical ships.
Can I edit it?
Yes. Nothing is locked: rename categories, add rows, change colors and type over the example data.
Does it connect to my bank or send reminders?
No. It's a spreadsheet, not an app: you type in your own numbers and nothing is synced or sent.
Are the numbers in the previews real?
No. Previews and the file use example data only. Delete the example rows and add your own.
Can I get a refund?
It's a digital download, so if something doesn't open or work, message the shop through Payhip (or reply to the Payhip email) and I'll help fix it. Refund requests are handled case by case under Payhip's terms.
Is this financial advice?
No. It's an organizing and planning tool with example numbers, not financial, tax, legal or medical advice.
