Free Black Friday Budget Calculator & Deal Tracker
Set one budget, list what you plan to buy with its regular price, the most you will pay and the sale price you find. You'll see your total, how much you're really saving, what's left in the budget and which "deals" are over your limit. Black Friday 2026 is Friday, November 27.
It runs in your browser. Nothing you type is saved or sent anywhere. Example numbers are made up; replace them with yours.
| Item | Regular price, $ | Most I'll pay, $ | Sale price found, $ | Buy? |
|---|
How the math works
- Planned total = the sale price of every item ticked "Buy" (if no sale price is entered yet, the most-I'll-pay price is used).
- Savings = regular price minus sale price, for ticked items with a sale price. It is only as real as the regular price you enter: use the price you've seen it at for the past few weeks, not the "was" price on the tag.
- Left in budget = budget minus planned total. A negative number means you're over.
- An item is flagged when its sale price is above your most-I'll-pay price, and when the discount is under 10%.

Frequently asked questions
How do I set a Black Friday budget?
Start from what you can pay in cash this month without touching bills or savings, not from the deals. Then list the items you already needed or planned to give and give each one a maximum price.
How do I know if a Black Friday deal is real?
Compare the sale price with what the item actually sold for over the past few weeks, not the "original" price on the tag. Price-history tools and saved screenshots help. Our real-price tracker guide shows a simple way to track it.
Why does the calculator flag discounts under 10%?
It's just a nudge: small discounts are common all year, so it may not be worth buying early or stretching the budget for one. You can still buy it.
When is Black Friday 2026?
Friday, November 27, 2026, the day after Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 26). Cyber Monday is November 30.
Is my list saved?
No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is stored or sent anywhere. Reloading the page clears it, so copy your results if you want to keep them.
